Rosters Are LIVE — Let the Season Begin!

The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived — Fall 2026 Rosters are officially LIVE! 

Families can now log in, meet their teams, connect with coaches, and start gearing up for an incredible season of soccer across West Clermont, CCSA, and our partner programs. The energy is already building, and we’re thrilled to kick things off with several important upcoming events.

📚 Referee Classes — August 9, 2026

Whether you’re a returning ref or stepping onto the field for the first time, our fall referee certification class is ready for you.

Date: August 9, 2026

Time: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Location: Batavia (Old Library) — 4 Bulldog Place

This is a great opportunity for teens, adults, and volunteers to get trained, get involved, and support our growing soccer community.

📣 Coaches Meetings

All coaches should plan to attend their designated meeting to receive season updates, equipment, field assignments, and program expectations.

West Clermont Coaches

Date: July 25, 2026

Location: Batavia Park

ALL WC coaches must attend, we will be setting up fields and selecting practice times.

CCSA Coaches

Date 1: July 26, 2026 — 1:00 PM at Batavia Park

Date 2: August 2, 2026 — 1:00 PM at Western Brown Fields

These meetings are essential for ensuring a smooth and successful season for every team. All new coaches must attend and all returning coaches must attend at least 1 per year to have a coaches card.

🏟️ Field Evaluations — August 15, 2026

Field evaluations will take place on August 15.

Location: Fields TBD (final assignments will be announced soon)

This is an optional preseason game that is designed to help coach up young referees.
